We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

1. Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx)

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Flat rate shipping fee: $12.95
  • Recommended for faster delivery

2. Free Shipping (via EMS)

  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Economical option with slightly longer delivery times

International Shipping

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Style Step Shop purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact with all tags attached
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Arch Supports and Insoles
  • Insoles & Accessories

These items are excluded from our return policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

  2. Wait for our team to approve your request and provide return instructions (within 24-48 hours)
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us at:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

After we receive your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Process

If you need a different size or color:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original product

For faster service, you may place a new order for the item you want while processing your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:
